Both days are photographed and filmed, and the photos and footage are used to share State of Social. Buying a ticket means agreeing to appear in them. There is no opt-out.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Easy done! Get in touch any time before 1 August 2027 and the team will sort out the update or transfer.
Do the group and not-for-profit discounts combine?
No, it’s one or the other.
What does General include on day two?
Day two isn’t part of General. General is day one in person: the keynotes, the Breakout Sessions, food all day and the sundowner. Day two’s Deep Dives and closing keynote come with All Access.
When do recordings go up?
Within 48 hours of the event, for All Access and Online tickets, with playback for 12 months.
