Dr Kate Raynes-Goldie

Using the magic (and science!) of curiosity and play, Dr. Kate Raynes-Goldie helps organisations supercharge their people to boost innovation, creativity and human connection.

She is an award winning designer, speaker, certified LEGO Serious Play Facilitator and the creator of SUPERCONNECT®. Kate is also a Business News innovation columnist and a frequent media commentator.

She has spoken at numerous conferences around the world, including at TEDxPerth, SXSW (Austin) and NXNE (Toronto). Her work has appeared on MTV, in ELLE Magazine, the Toronto International Film Festival and the National Theatre in London.

She holds a PhD from Curtin University’s Internet Studies Department, where she is also a past Senior Adjunct Research Fellow.
